I called because I needed a new garbage disposal. I had bought my own, and asked if they would install it for me, they would. The technician (Chad) came over and was very nice and professional. He even but on little booties on his shoes when he came in. Overall I was very happy with the service.

They got us on their schedule immediately, arrived ontime, cordial, fast, finished work fast, didn't overcharge.

Chad was terrific from the moment he arrived to help with our plumbing crisis. Not only was he knowledgeable in handling our issues, but he was very good in communicating all aspects of his repair to us.

Cevin and Wesley (installers) were thorough, courteous and professional. They also provided advisory support for a separate plumbing issue that helped me solve the issue. Strongly recommend Z Plumberz of Ann Arbor for plumbing needs

Everything about working with Z Plumerz was professional and worked right on schedule. The receptionist who scheduled my estimate and day of work was conscientious. Z Plumerz did all of the work securing the building permit. Aaron the plumber arrived right on time and efficiently completed the work. I will ask them to do all of my subsequent plumbing work!

Had a gentleman and a lady come out from Z Plumberz and they were both very nice, very professional. They both worked really hard the whole time, were respectful of me and my home. Chad was fantastic. They took care of the issues I had. And issues I didn't know I had. They went above and beyond. I will be using them again,and I highly recommend you do too.

Recently had an external line and backflow prevention device crack and leak due to ice, and Zplumberz came out, quoted it, sent great communications, responded quickly to requests for rescheduling and for coordination with the township office, and did great work. Staff are professional and helpful. Would recommend them! Thank you!

The plumbers who came to work on our building were courteous and efficient. They explained the issue clearly and were able to fix a secondary issue as well.
